Fraternity & Sorority Life Assistant Director

The Office of Student Engagement, Leadership, and Fraternity and Sorority Life at Indiana State University is accepting applications for a Fraternity and Sorority Life Assistant Director. The Fraternity and Sorority Life Assistant Director is directly responsible for the oversight of programs and services that enhance student leadership and campus engagement efforts. The Assistant Director is primarily responsible for advising fraternity and sorority governing councils, providing coaching to fraternity and sorority chapters, and the supervision of graduate assistants. An essential part of the Division of Student Affairs, the Assistant Director has the opportunity for involvement in University and Division committees and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a master's degree in student affairs, higher education, counseling, social work, or a related field and at least 2 years of professional experience in Fraternity & Sorority Life, Student Affairs, Student Activities, Leadership Development, or related area. Work experience may include graduate assistantships. Qualified candidates must also possess a valid driver's license.
